Which appliances you don’t repair?
We don’t cater to television, radio, microwave, toaster, and any other small electronics repair, but we can assure you that we can help in the best way possible.
Are you providing repair and service on weekends and holidays?
Yes, we do! Our working hours are 24/7 from Monday to Sunday, But preferably you can reach us in the mornings where all of our technicians are available.
How long does the average repair take?
Rest assured that the average time that our technician can finish the repair would range from 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the appliance’s issue.
Do you charge extra to come out on weekends and holidays?
We don’t take any extra charges because our business hours are fixed, and we are open from Monday to Sunday.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Platinum Sub Zero wants to offer you the easiest way of payment, so we decided to accept your payment through cash, debit, or credit cards.
How soon can your technicians come out?
We typically send out our technicians on the same day. We always try our best to accommodate your appliance service needs as soon as possible.
Are your technicians bonded and certified?
Our technicians are all fully qualified to serve you in the best way that you expected. We won’t ever hire any inexperienced and incompetent technicians because we care what is best for you.
